3cm dilated 80% effaced for 5 days with bloody show and irregular contractions, how much longer ?

Hi on tuesday doc examined me and said I was 3cm 80% effaced, I was having irregular contractions that didn't hurt so was sent home to wait for strong contractions to start. I've tried walking, birth ball, nipple stimulation, castor oil, and all the rest, since then I've had a bloody show. Its now saturday and although my contractions aren't any more regular they're hurting a bit more. I just wanted to know how much longer this could possible go on because I'm so uncomfortable n soooo exhausted from no sleep n sick of hearing 'he'll come when he's ready'. I'm at my wits end! N I'm in the uk so the nhs won't just induce me before anyone usa says..unfortunately :''(
