I didnt get my gear I won in Wow.?

Ok I did a heroic dungeon just now like literally 10 minutes ago, a heroic version of the staff i already have dropped. I needed on it and I won it, but its not in my bag. I was going to screenshot it but instead like an idiot i logged off then back on hpoing maybe it was a glitch. But its still not there. What should I do, im uber pissed.
