My es and I are in the middle of a cstody battle, he went through my text messages.?

I was in another room and he was sitting in the living room, my mother was witness. he jst picked up my phone and she asked him what he was doing and he said looking up something on the internet. I don't know how long it was between that and him bursting into my bathroom where both of my children were present and aggressively shoving the phone in my face and scrolling through my texts and calling me names. The texts were between me and another guy. He then stormed ot of my house and changed his cstody filing so now we are going to trial I guess. Anyway, I have transcripts of texts of him admitting to it as well as a recorded phone conversation of him admitting to it. I mentioned it in ping to the paralegal and she said to make sre I tell my attorney. Could I file a suit for invasion of privacy? I live in Nebraska btw. And he also went through my phone one other time which I have a text from him admitting he did but it was...a year ago and I'm not really concerned about it. He also admitted to reafing through all my posts on a mom site since November. I knwo I can't do anything abot that bt he read a post I made about him ON MY COMPUTER and woke me up in the middle of the night, and the baby, and started yelling at me abot it. I'm so sick of it. I have also asked him in text about a million times to please send someone else over to pick up and drop off the child because he was looking through my windows when he did it and he refuses. But my lawyer said there is nothing I can do about that. ANyway, as far as the texts?
