Ft Richardson and Ft Wainwright Alaska?

I am looking at re-enlisting for either Ft Richardson or Ft Wainwright Alaska. I am wanting to know if anyone has lived up there and which is the best of the two. Thanks.... Also what is the housing like up there and what special interest there is to do for family.
