Are decorative 'clips' still available?

The kind that can be worn on the back of a vest (where the ties or ons etc would be) or of a full cut shirt or blouse? I remember seeing them some years back, but not as of late and have a couple of shirts (women's) that I'd like to dress up with something like that.
