Why aren't the citizens of japan standing around, looting and saying their leader hates them?

do you agree with all the good things that the japanese people stand for or just the things you like . like taking care of there seniors medical care job protection and treatment of employees. maybe you think its alright to shoot a person that is after food because he hasnt eaten in a week because our gov. sat on there backside and let the people starve for over a week you like that . what would you do if you had a 2year old that was hungry. you were not there in n/o so dont judge and play high and almite.anyone can see through this question its a smoke screen why not manup and ask the question you really want to ask.
