Does he like me? highschoolers answer?

Me and the guy i like are sophmores in high school. He claims he is shy and sometimes he is but idk. last year we flirted a lot and it rly seemed like he liked me, he told me he wanted to be with me and, he was all touchy feely! He even put his head on my lap once. Now we sorta stopped talkin since we only have 1 cl together this year but yesterday he walked by and flipped my hair and said "hey (my name) in a cute voice and he always seems to be staring at me when he thinks i don't notice...also i got my braces off 3 weeks ago and before tht he said we have a lotta catchin up 2 do when i get them off lol..now that i did he says that he always see's me smiling and that its a great thing...and i told him we never accually hungout and he said we will and also he seems to have no trouble talking to other girls in person, could it be that he gets nervous only around me because he likes me? i have trouble talking to him because i like him, but i don't care about talkin to other guys cuz i don't like them. do you think he likes me, what should i do about this?
