I feel so guilty about my diet help...?

Don't beat yourself up! Everyone slips up and eats more than they plan every now and then. Good for you for not bingeing, too! Tomorrow, you may be 249 or even still at 250, but like you said, it will be because the food in your stomach won't have fully digested yet. Just get back onto your normal plan, exercise if you can.
