What going on with me?

my period has not came on since march and it finally came on like tuesday and its sunday and im bleeding HEAVY HEAVY.. like when i wipe it soaks up a whole hand full of tissue..when will my period calm down or even go off? also my and the linen on the sides of my itches pretty badly and my feels like its raw. i felt bacc there and it had like thick whep marks on it.. it hurts so bad to even sit down on it..im thinking they are boils but i dont know what to do
