22DPO, I got a - HPT @ 19DPO ( First Response). My Should I test again?

My BBT has not dropped. I have no PMS symptoms nor PG symptoms except backache and mild headaches which could be either. Could i be pg? Should I test again? Should I just wait it out and see if my next period shows up?
