Need a heatsink for my CPU---i want to overclock?

i am partial to the rsewill rcx z1 (you can find it on newegg.com) i use it and i regularly overclock my Athlon 64 x2 6400+ 3.2 ghz up to about 3.45 ghz and it never goes above 50C , also its cheap .
