We just bought an 08 Suzuki Grand Vitara and I can't find the aux hookup for my ipod?

I'm really confused because the radio has the option for it but I can't find and it says in the owners manual that you can hook up external listening devices but I can't find the input. Also does anyone know if best buy charges to program the stero because it is XM capable and we want to get it but I would like to know ahead of time. Also how much do they charge if they do? thanks.
