I have developed blisters at the back of both my feet above the heel due to speedwalking wearing my new pair o

of shoes. The blisters are both water filled. Can I sterilise a needle and drain the water and thereafter dress the open blisters. should I lay off walking for a day or two or should I tape it up firmly and go on a walk
