Question almost anybody could answer? Please comment in here...always up for opinions too!?

Do you say "Loo-iss-vill" is the capital of Kentucky, or do you say "Loo-ee-vill" is the capital of Kentucky? Im a fellow Kentuckian(was born and raised), and interested in what other's say?? The first right post gets my thumbs up and best answer chosen!!
