Reagan was invited to Charles & Di's wedding, so has Obama damaged Anglo-American relations that badly?

Reagan was a personal friend of the Queen, Obummer is not. Now it's not a State Wedding, so they don't HAVE to invite him, but most people would seeing as how he's the POTUS, but Barry has done a good job of burning his bridges with the British Royals and won't be getting an informal invite to hang with them any time soon.
